Explanation

floor area

is the inner surface of the cleaned area, expressed in m2, i.e. according to the principle "from wall to wall"

glass surface

is glazing area expressed in m2, calculated including the window frames

washing windows

is washing windows on all sides (in case of double windows it is washing of all four glass surfaces), including frames, window sills (inside, outside and between glass panes), further including the relocation of light furniture (standing right at the windows cleaned) and its return to its original place and preventing the pollution of vertical blinds. In the case of twin bolted windows washing includes also unscrewing and subsequent screwing.

light furniture

light furniture means chairs, arm chairs, coat racks, coffee tables, portable filing, flipcharts, flower pots, decorative objects, screens, bins, containers for recycling, shredders, etc., whose weight does not exceed 15 kg / piece

dry wiping / mopping

means to wipe all surfaces with a dry cloth or mop in a way the surface is cleared of dust particles

moisture wiping / mopping

means to wipe all surfaces with a damp cloth or mop in a way the surface is cleared of also adhering dirt. This method is usually used after dry wiping  and it is mainly a spray method.

wet wiping / mopping

means to wipe all surfaces with wet mop or cloth so that the surface was cleared of adhering dirt. This method is usually used after dry wipe and the surface remains wet.

local wiping / mopping

means the wiping / mopping only those surfaces that are contaminated or that are frequented daily.

fingerprints removal

means the wet wiping of fingerprints (wet or using chemicals)

door washing
 

is washing the entire area of the door from both sides including the edges and frames

carpet cleaning by extraction

means vacuuming the entire carpet area from coarse dirt and subsequent wet cleaning, i.e. extraction method, including removal and subsequent moving of light furniture. This cleaning method does not contain pre-cleaning of frequented areas but  contains pre-cleaning of stains. Carpets dry for about 5 to 8 hours

carpet cleaning by brushing

means vacuuming the entire carpet area from coarse dirt and subsequent mechanical cleaning by rotating brushes including removal  and subsequent moving of light furniture. This cleaning method is also used as the first step of  pre-cleaning of frequented places before extraction cleaning and contains also pre-cleaning of larger stains.

dry foam cleaning

means vacuuming the entire carpet area from coarse dirt and then dry foam cleaning including removal and subsequent moving light furniture. This method of cleaning includes pre-cleaning of frequented areas and includes a pre-cleaning of stains. Carpets dry for about 1 hour

dry carpet cleaning

means vacuuming the entire carpet area from coarse dirt and then cleaning with a dry powder machine including removal and subsequent moving of light furniture. This method of cleaning includes pre-cleaning of frequented areas and includes pre-cleaning of stains. Carpets are only a bit wet after the application and can be immediately integrated into operation.

vertical blinds cleaning

we mean textile blinds cleaning (usually outside the building with special devices), including the dismantling and assembly and transport to the place of cleaning

washing lights

washing of the covers and the illuminator itself including the dismantling and assembly of the covers

washing the interior surfaces of furniture

removal of things from the inside surfaces of furniture, wet wiping of horizontal and vertical surfaces, moving things back in place. Calculated at an hourly rate.

washing cloths, towels and tablecloths

it is required to establish the unit price for one piece of laundry. This price has to include subsequent collection and distribution of clothes around the object, transportation to and from own laundry and washing and mangling.

washing curtains

it is required to establish the unit price per one square meter of curtains, the price must include curtains laundry, removing and hanging, transportation to and from the laundry

cleaning after painting - hourly rate

it is required to establish an hourly rate for cleaning after painting, which will be carried out based on customer's order and billed as extra work. The price must include all necessary chemicals and the use of work equipment, tools and technologies.

cleaning after painting - flat rate

is required to establish the unit rate per one square meter of cleaning after painting, which will be carried out based on customer's order and billed as extra work. The price must include all necessary chemicals and the use of work equipment, tools and technologies.

worker's hourly rate with no technology

means any action other than basic cleaning, i.e.  extra work, billed at an hourly rate, when the cleaning staff needs only routine chemistry, job aids and tools (such as cleaning cart, mopping system, dustpan and brush, vacuum cleaner for vacuuming dry dirt, etc. .) to fulfil the assigned task

worker's hourly rate with technology

means any action other than basic cleaning, i.e. extra work, billed at an hourly rate, when the cleaning staff needs the working machine, or other commonly available and used technology (vacuum cleaner on the wet dirt with increased performance, extractor, sludge pump, generator, industrial vacuum cleaner, etc.) to fulfil the assigned task

worker's hourly rate for work at heights by climbing techniques

means the price per hour of work of a worker who owns a certificate for work at heights by climbing techniques. Before each activity, each such worker shows their certificate to the object manager.

refilling of personnel hygiene items

means only  work during continuous refilling of the tanks and toilet paper dispensers, paper towels, toilet soaps, refreshers, pad bags, etc. Furthermore, a change of linens and its gathering onto the customers` collection point without cleaning / washing itself (see above item "wash cloths, towels and table cloths"). All refills are provided by the customer at their own expenses.

 

supply of sanitary materials


means the unit price for the supplied material (toiletries), the total price of the delivered material is a multiple of unit prices and number of pieces supplied, self-handling of this material (placement into appropriate areas), is valued at the price of cleaning of one m2 - Refer to "refilling of personnel hygiene items
