Carpets are only a bit wet after the application and can be immediately integrated into operation.

it is required to establish an hourly rate for cleaning after painting, which will be carried out based on customer's order and billed as extra work. The price must include all necessary chemicals and the use of work equipment, tools and technologies.

means any action other than basic cleaning, i.e. extra work, billed at an hourly rate, when the cleaning staff needs only routine chemistry, job aids and tools (such as cleaning cart, mopping system, dustpan and brush, vacuum cleaner for vacuuming dry dirt, etc. .) to fulfil the assigned task

worker's hourly rate with technology
|
means any action other than basic cleaning, i.e. extra work, billed at an hourly rate, when the cleaning staff needs the working machine, or other commonly available and used technology (vacuum cleaner on the wet dirt with increased performance, extractor, sludge pump, generator, industrial vacuum cleaner, etc.) to fulfil the assigned task

worker's hourly rate for work at heights by climbing techniques
|
means the price per hour of work of a worker who owns a certificate for work at heights by climbing techniques. Before each activity, each such worker shows their certificate to the object manager.

|
refilling of personnel hygiene items
|
means only work during continuous refilling of the tanks and toilet paper dispensers, paper towels, toilet soaps, refreshers, pad bags, etc. Furthermore, a change of linens and its gathering onto the customers` collection point without cleaning / washing itself (see above item "wash cloths, towels and table cloths"). All refills are provided by the customer at their own expenses.
