Our receptionist service will satisfy the demand for securing any type of property from residential houses over the administrative centres, large industrial sites receptions to luxury hotels and social events. Receptionist service can be provided either by security personnel, and specialists with knowledge of foreign languages or in combination of a representative receptionist during the day and experienced guard over night. Receptionist services are provided by a strong team of experienced professionals. Centralized security system (PCO)
It is a specialized department with special regime, authorized to access classified information with "RESTRICTED" classification in accordance with the certificate of the National Security Office of the Czech Republic
The department is in operation for 24 hours a day, equipped with the latest technology of the central evaluation of monitored objects.

Basic services offered by PCO:
 - objects monitoring using electronic security system (EZS)
- objects monitoring using EPS (electronic fire system)
- objects monitoring using CCTV (remote camera system)
- Monitoring and control of the closing and opening times of the object (if needed it is also suitable for the control of movement outside working hours)
- ranger activity (control of the condition of the building or premises at specified intervals by the exit unit)
- securing and guarding the house in case of sudden unforeseen events or natural disasters
- "Emergency Call" service (immediate response of the exit unit in case the emergency signal from the guarded object is sent)
The PCO workplace is continuously connected to the vehicles of the exit unit crew, operating 24 hours a day. All the emergency services personnel have the required training in the field of self-defence, fire protection and first aid. They are trained for immediate response and intervention in crisis situations..
Analytical work
According to pre-determination of customer's needs an analysis of the guarded building and its neighbourhood together with the evaluation of potential security risks are accomplished. The following is a draft resolution of surveillance and protection of the object. Upon request we provide installation of electronic security system (EZS) and industrial camera system (CCTV) in accordance with customer's requirements, with subsequent connections to centralized security system (PCO). In all these cases our principle is that the security technology has to save customers` costs and ensure maximum safety.
Body guarding
For this service professionals from former members of armed forces personnel are chosen who repeatedly undergo a special training aimed at preventing an attack, kidnapping and other hazards the customer could be compromised with. These bodyguards could act as drivers, assistants or accompanying persons in various social and other events. If necessary we offer a vehicle together with the driver-guard or other accompanying vehicles with the possibility of accommodation of the guarded person in the building which is fully under control of other members of the protection team. When performing all these services we guarantee absolute confidentiality.
Cash and valuables transport escort
The service is aimed to protect cash and valuables carried by a person authorized by the customer. The customer alone determines the time, pick up place and destination. Means of transport, its character, details and directions is determined by a team of professional staff of our company after careful consideration of security risks
Detective services
 We provide a complex set of detective services according to customer's needs, performed by highly qualified experts from former members of the criminal police, who fully utilize their experience and knowledge. This is warranty of professional approach to each individual case and the promise of high success rates.
Organizing activities
This is a security surveillance in social, cultural, sporting, political or other mass events with a focus on the safety of the organizers or their designated persons, respecting law and order, verification of eligibility of participants and submission of basic information. We can also perform tasks of the organizers, actively interfere against intruders of the event.
Unable to work control
This is a pre-agreed cycle control of employees who are unable to work, especially those suspected to abuse sick leave for other than medical purposes and illegally receiving sickness benefits.
Under the new Act on Sickness Insurance strict penalties have been introduced for violation of the treatment regime for unable to work employees except for the obligation to pay the employer portion of payroll. The employer is given the opportunity to control the unable to work employee in the place where the patient resides and therefore where he/she is supposed to undergo the treatment regimen. The employer himself or an appointed body may thus verify whether an employee, who has been allowed to have the treatment regimen, and who gets the salary during this period, observes the rules of sickness regimen.
If an employee violates the treatment regimen determined by the physician at the time of incapacity by not being present at the place indicated on the certificate of incapacity, the employer has the possibility to reduce or withdraw the salary compensation in the first fourteen calendar days.
The effect of service "unable to work check " is primarily preventive but the result is also considerable cost saving. At least 40% of all cases of incapacity for work above the average level of sickness is the abuse of sickness benefits. When testing this product we concluded that high sickness absence is largely associated with employee criminality. Revealing such employee can bring considerable savings to the company.

Alternative performance
What is the alternative performance for employees with disabilities?
Employment Act No. 435/2004 Coll. OBLIGES any employer (including state institutions, foundations, funds, generally beneficial companies, sport clubs etc.) with 25 or more employees to employ persons with disabilities, while the mandatory share (§ 81) of these persons in the total number of employees is set at 4%.
For the violation of this obligation the employer is liable to pay 2.5 times the average annual wage to the state budget for each person with a disability they should have employed (§ 82).
In case you do not employ the necessary number of employees with disabilities you can fulfil this obligation by buying the products or services in the amount of seven times the average annual wage (§ 18 of Decree No. 518/2004 Coll.) from organizations employing more than 50% of employees with disabilities, for example from our company.
Example: If you employ 25 people, you must:
1. employ one worker with disabilities, or
2. buy the goods or services in 2010 worth around 160 thousand CZK without VAT from an organization that can provide alternative performance, or
3. pay approximately 57 thousand CZK to the state budget
Note: The calculation is based on the average monthly wage for I to III. quarter of 2009 of 22,896.00 CZK. The figure for 2010 will be published by MPSV in late 2010.
